At turtlebeachusmall, all genuine Turtle Beach® gaming headsets sold on our website are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, in line with the official warranty standards set by Turtle Beach Corporation. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms, coverage, and procedures for availing warranty service, ensuring you receive the support you need for your high-performance gaming gear.
1. Warranty Period: The limited warranty period varies by product model: most Turtle Beach® gaming headsets come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, while Turtle Beach® Elite model headsets are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. Refurbished products (if available) are covered by a 90-day warranty, applicable only in the United States. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase as indicated on your order confirmation or receipt.
2. Warranty Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your Turtle Beach® headset fails to function properly due to such defects, we will, at our sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished unit of the same or comparable model, or provide appropriate support in line with Turtle Beach’s official warranty guidelines. This warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable to subsequent purchasers.
3. Warranty Eligibility: To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation from turtlebeachusmall or original receipt), and the product must be free of physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or signs of misuse. The product’s serial number must be intact and unaltered – any altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers will void the warranty. This warranty does not apply to used, refurbished (except as specified), or non-authorized Turtle Beach® products.
4. How to Avail Warranty Service: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, product serial number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect (including photos or videos if applicable). Our team will verify your warranty eligibility and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with detailed instructions for returning the defective product. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package; packages without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
5. Shipping for Warranty Claims: You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the defective product to the authorized service center specified in the RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is received safely. Turtle Beach Corporation or its authorized service providers will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced product back to you, unless the product is found to be functioning properly or the defect is caused by misuse, in which case you will be liable for all shipping expenses.
6. Warranty Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by: misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper storage, or inadequate maintenance; unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering by non-authorized personnel; normal wear and tear from regular use; damage caused by external electrical faults, natural disasters, or other external factors; or use of the product outside the operating parameters outlined in the user manual. Additionally, software, accessories (unless defective in materials or workmanship), and any data loss or software issues are not covered by this warranty.
7. Warranty Limitations: This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided for Turtle Beach® products sold on turtlebeachusmall, and it supersedes any other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product, nor do we guarantee support for all computer operating systems or future versions of such systems. Some regions may not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
8. Warranty Updates: We may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to align with changes in Turtle Beach’s official warranty guidelines or applicable laws.
